I just wanted to let you know that I was very impressed with the research Julie Cess did before she and Julie met with me last week. I don't know if she got it all from the website (I hardly ever look at it, so I'm not sure what's out there), but she knew quite a bit about the different business units and even that the mail order pharmacies save clients money by allowing them to triple up refills on a single co-pay. That's one of their big selling points.

Per our conversation in our weekly meeting, Roger has been working on developing a program to automate the Recap Report. So far, he has accomplished the first 50 pages of the job aid with the press of 1 button (not kidding). He is extremely confident he can complete the entire report as well several other reports. However, what we didn't want to mention on the call is that he is a contractor and only has a week left. Unfortunately, because of his final week's workload he may not be able to complete the Recap Report. From our previous experience with Roger in the Fraud group, he has worked miracles. We hope you can occur with this urgency do to the time savings and accuracy that Roger's skills can add. Having said that, it would be extremely beneficial to the Walmart team as well as Sheree's entire organization to have his time extended.
